In town for a 3-day at the nearby Convention Center, the beautiful facade of the former F & M Bank building opens to the gorgeous Westin. The architects did a stunning job of keeping the elegant old big-bank look by parking the BANK restaurant and bar right in the big hotel lobby. Registration is a modest desk at the back... More

I've been to the Westin Minneapolis several times over the past 5 years and it's always an amazing experience! On my last stay, I was greeted by amazing hotel staff who made the check-in process very smooth. Aaron, the Managing Supervisor offered to provide me with a bigger room that had a pullout sofa for my guest and since I... More

This is an historic building. It was at one time a bank. The lobby lounges are beautiful, with several private dining rooms for small events/meetings. We arrived quite late and the reception was right there waiting for us. We found service to be wonderful. It was a quick stay, but they put is in Room 633 which was quite spacious,... More

I stay here all the time when travelling on business. The hotel is well placed in downtown, close to the light rail, connecting to several skyways and close to Nicolette Mall. The rooms are large but some of them do face the walls of other buildings. The building itself is a former bank building . The restaurant is good. It's... More

First Sean is amazing and covers everything about the hotel. I am a SPG member and he upgraded me to a cute corner suite! Excellent service and a wonderful breakfast, I think Debra is her name, she is awesome! Great attitude and very efficient! I love the Quinoa Huevos!

My stay at the Westin Minneapolis was nothing short of fantastic. From being greeted by enthusiastic, friendly hotel personnel, (I even got a call from the front desk to be sure that everything was in order about 20 minutes after checking in) to excellent room service, to the incredible lobby bar and restaurant, it was a wonderful experience. If you're... More

I booked this hotel through Hotwire. First let me start with the good part of the stay which was at the end. Sandra at check out was awesome. And the bellman who flagged down a cab for me at 5:20am was very nice as well. But check in was a different story. The gentleman who checked me in who was... More

My fiancé and myself spent the past Saturday night in your hotel after a long and very unpleasant week with my future mother in law and her two dogs. Our stay was lovely. Our room was very comfortable with a very roomy shower(wink wink). We both slept like babies and on Easter morning had a huge breakfast at the breakfast... More

You expect Westin to be luxurious, spacious, immaculate and convenient and it is all of these things. But what set it apart for me was the service. My personal situation is difficult explain, A business trip turned into a personal/ business trip due to a family emergency (which happened to be in Minneapolis). We patched together pieces of reservations adding... More

Over the years we've stayed in all kinds of downtown Minneapolis hotels, but all said, the Westin downtown is the most perfect we've experienced. Not only is it located only a block off the walkable Nicollet Avenue, but is connected to a nice and quiet part of the skyway. When I arrived, there was just enough room for me to... More
