We ended up with this hotel by booking on Hotwire. We decided to "splurge" and spend the extra $20 and jump up to the 4.5 star category for our anniversary... Wish we had not. The hotel staff was friendly and the location was great, but the list of positives for us ended there. When we walked into the room, I... More

This was the restaurant and hotel where I proposed to my partner. Obviously, I was excited to return. I knew it was noisy here so I brought a white noise machine for our stay. Perhaps that should have been the first clue. The plan was to stay in, relax in the very comfortable bed, watch some television and have a... More

This was a return visit to the Twin Cities, my home for 10+ years in mid 80's & 90's. The Chambers is now managed by the Meridien chain, a change since my last stay when it opened. Hotel is still hip, beautiful architecture & design is holding up, Burnet's art collection graces the uber-white walls and makes it a destination... More

Day two of romantic weekend with hubby spent here. Wanted an art boutique hotel in great location. Le Meridien Chambers fit the bill. Valet parking snap easy. Nice guys too. Lobby small, but very fun and funky. Love the fireplace, love the vibe of the D'Amico restaurant right off the lobby (gorgeous crystal chandeler) nice, bright and friendly staff. We... More

My husband and I stayed at this boutique hotel while visiting friends in Minneapolis. I found a great deal on a discount website and was very pleased with our stay. The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The decor is clean and modern. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom very clean. My favorite thing about this... More

Apparently on Monday night this hotel thinks its an awesome idea to have music in the hallway all night and music in the courtyard until 2:00AM ... mind you, this is December in Minnesota. Not to mention the pipes make giant banging sounds every 5 minutes. Awful stay. More

The Chambers is a boutique hotel right in the heart of the Minneapolis entertainment district. The rooms and the hotel are filled with original artwork. The furnishings and the beds are wonderful. A wonderful surprise for me was stepping into the bathroom at night and realizing that the floor is heated. During a cold Minneapolis night, the floors were certainly... More

My wife and I stayed here as part of a birthday celebration. We thought the room was very nice...modern and comfortable. The view of a brick wall and alley wasn't too fantastic, but we didn't stay here to look out the window so not abig deal. Bed and bathroom were great, everything was spotless and clean. We wanted to watch... More

My wife and I spent a recent night at the Le Meridien Chambers. It was a very nice, smaller hotel. The room was an architects dream! We have stayed at all of the downtown Minneapolis Starwood hotels (except the Aloft). The classic room was simple, but the attention to detail in the design was evident. It is not flashy or... More

Normally, Le Meridien city hotels are located in grand buildings. This was a nice and quaint one boutique hotel. You might have to loop around the building once or twice before you find some parking. Hotel only has valet parking and it’s $28 over night. You have two choices. A) park in (semi pricey) parkades nearby. There are covered ones... More
