I stayed at the Town Place for its convenience to the downtown location. I booked online from the Marriott webpage. The price was $118.00 per night. When I came to book the room, it asked me to sign into my Marriott account. I forgot my password and requested it be sent via email. A retrieved my password and logged into... More

We stayed here for 3 days/2nights while in Minneapolis for a college visit at the University of Minnesota. Check-in was smooth and easy. Our family of 4 (two teenage boys) had plenty of room in the two bedroom suite. Each room had a queen bed and TV. Beds were very comfy. There was a sitting area with another TV and... More

I was nervous to stay here due to a few bad reviews, but I am so GLAD I did stay. Two bedroom family suite is a great value and the beds were comfy, outdoor pool was great for hot summer days, breakfast was okay, staff was very nice and accommodating and responsive. I actually had made my weeklong stay as... More

I stayed here in a 2 bedroom suite with my husband and adult daughter. We stay mainly in Marriott hotels and this hotel is really a Marriott disappointment. I was surprised at the low quality of the furniture and how worn it all was. The bathroom was very small and dated. The main room reminded me more of a low... More

Last minute getaway planned chose this hotel because the cost was lower than other hotels that exceeded over $ 200 per night plus tax, I reserved my room through the marriott website 139 for friday night and 159 for saturday night plus tax. Upon check in customer service was great, the room was very spacious, comfortable bed, kitchen area with... More

Stayed here a few times when going to twins games. Positives:Rates are pretty good, rooms are big(extended stay place) Staff has always been very helpful and more competent than I would expect. Convenient to get to Target Field/downtown. Negatives: Rooms are always in pretty rough shape and beds aren't very comfortable. The neighborhood is pretty "seedy" to say the least.... More

This is not the best hotel I did stayed, suite are strangely arranged with a TV on the right of the bed, furniture start to be aged, cleaning is "relax" and service not the best.... But location is not too bad and it can be a great plan B if other downtown hotels are full or overpriced

Stayed on a Saturday night while in town to see a concert. I paid $79.95 before taxes for a one bed Suite, I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Located 4 blocks from Target Field and a light rail stop (to downtown, airport, and Mall of America) in a loft/warehouse area, the hotel offers an overall good value. The good points are the friendly staff, quiet spot (I was in 433 on the backside), with a few restaurants within walking distance (sports bar, pizza place). There is also a... More
