Great location. The staff is wonderful. And I always stay in one of the upper floor rooms in the historic building...only. The rest of the guest rooms don't matter to me. Just the historic suites. I love them. And, again, the location is idea for me. I love to walk and this place is in walking distance of so much... More

Overall the place was fine. I travel on the government rate and sometimes that gets me odd rooms. I stayed three nights at this hotel and I had the smallest suite on the first floor. It was road side and around 3 a.m. the trucks started. They were not constant, but I couldn't get back to sleep. Also, they said... More

The hotel is clean and fairly comfortable. To my amazement, the hotel served a full breakfast and decent dinner. The dining area should have wood chairs. Wood is easier to sanitize. There is nothing worse than worn, torn, or dirty furniture. The old dinning furniture lessened the eating experience. The staff was extremely helpful, and the location, in my opinion,... More

This hotel was simple but in a great location and the kitchen was an added bonus for late night snacking!! I really enjoyed the evening socials from Mon to Thurs that provided snacks and beer or wine! Breakfast was also great. This place would be great for family's, couples, friends and large groups! Affordable too. The parking was kinda pricey... More

This hotel is in a great location; close access to the university. The water park is great for kids.

I stayed here last Friday for a second time in a business trip. The location is perfect, quiet and safe. The check-in was expedite and very very professional and welcoming. The room size is excellent, bedding excellent too and amenities are "average to very good". I believe that the hotel have to pay attention to the restrooms. Even though mine... More

My wife and kids (5 & 6) stayed Sunday of Presidents Day weekend as a quick get away. We chose the hotel because of the waterpark. We had a one bedroom suite. Room was fine - decently appointed and clean, except for the couch, which was a bit soiled and had a tear in the cushion. The smoke alarm above... More

The entire facility is really an awesome place. The ice rink is beautiful, the waterpark is fun----and the pool is HEATED!!!!! The restaurant at the hotel has delicious food and when one of our children got sick they sent up chicken broth and saltines. Perhaps it's just "Minnesota-nice", but the employees at this facility were outstanding.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as an impromptu get-away. We had never heard of it and had never been to that part of the city, so it was a new experience all around. Check in was quick and easy. We rented a studio room with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. There was a kitchenette well... More

I was there on business for 3 days. Granted, it was -15 outside (-25 wind chill) the the room furnace could barely keep up; thats what the extra blankets are for. The room is clean and service is wonderful. What is it with Marriott this last year.. ALL of their staff from Front Desk to Food service is wonderful and... More
