LeBlanc House has a lot going for it. While it's convenient to downtown via a short bike ride or longer walk, it's located in a residential area with easy access to wonderful restaurants. Being a house, it's homey, and it's a wonderful place to end your day after running around Minneapolis. But what I want to mention above all is... More

We love staying in Bed & Breakfasts while vacationing. We love meeting new people and seeing restored homes. This one was a beauty! Our innkeeper, Marsha was wonderful and provided a lovely breakfast. We could've had eggs but chose just cereal, fresh fruit and yogurts. The room (Amelia) was small, but we liked the coziness. It had a ceiling fan,... More

The B & B is in a great location, convenient to downtown and the university area. Well kept home, just two rooms upstairs. Nice common areas. Breakfast weekdays is a well stocked continental selection, plenty to eat. The room was a little small with no closet so a smaller suitcase would be in order. Very clean and comfortable. Parking in... More

What a pleasant place to stay! The LeBlanc House offered a 19th century refuge within walking and driving distance to my 21st century destinations. Friendly, clean, comfortable and quiet--a truly restoring stay. I'll be back!

Visited the Twins for the Turkey holiday and spent 4 nights with Marsha (inkeeper) at LeBlanc. The room was clean and well kept, and the breakfasts were great. The house is a beauty and about 2 blocks from a very quaint, old town type commercial section of downtown. Nice restaurants, coffee shop, nick nacks, very nice wine and cheese shop,... More

This was my first Bed & Breakfast experience ever so I don't have it anything else to compare with. With that said, we had such a pleasant time. The place was so beautiful, I kept on thinking how much care and attention to detail was put here over the years. And the hosts were the nicest people. And the breakfast... More

Le Blanc House meets the two important requirements of a bed and breakfast: a really comfortable bed and a lovely, delicious breakfast. The owner, Marsha Carlson, is famous for her Swedish pancakes and they were wonderful! This B&B is located within walking distance of the downtown area of Minneapolis and its many attractions, including Target Field. The house and the... More

My husband and I frequent B&B's often and I was a little let down by this one. First let me start out by saying that the owner was away for the weekend, and the Inn was being run by family (this being told to us by the other guests). Upon arrival the door was locked and after searching around we... More

First of all, the location of this B&B couldn't be better. It's located right in the heart of downtown Minneapolis in a nice area close to all the attractions. Marsha was a great host, she made great breakfasts, she made our stay comfortable, she had an extra bed made up for my friend who was traveling with me, and was... More

We stayed at this charming bed and breakfast for three nights under the wings of Marsha who took such good care of us. Her breakfasts are divine and ample. The rooms are cozy and kept in their original style. The whole house is, by the way. Even so, the air-condition works splendidly and kept us cool through this summer´s heatwave.... More
