We stay at this Aloft often because the staff is great, the location is good and there's always a super-friendly shuttle driver that takes you to area locations you don't feel like walking to. Parking is easier and cheaper than other area hotels, it looks out over the park and river, there's a ton of bars and places to eat... More

Aloft is located next to Gold Medal Oark on the Mississippi River just around the corner from the Guthrie Theater and the Gold Medal Mill and Museum. We stayed there and really appreciated the modern and clean design of the rooms and public area. We could walk to dinner at Sanctuary across the street and enjoy the Mill City Farmers... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights (Thursday/Friday) while we were in tow to see a show at First Avenue. This place is great. I've stayed at 2 other Aloft properties and this is the best of the three. The only very minor negative is that the have around 10 parking spots at the entrance and 25 underground... More

Stayed two nights for an event at the nearby GuthrieTheater and have zero complaints. My room was very trendy with a great view of Mill Park. Beds comfortable and toiletries certainly above average. It is also located in a great area with the light rail station just a couple blocks away and the new Vikings Stadium just next door. Several... More

Nice place for the price and a great location right near the Gurthrie theatre and a 1 mile walk across bridge to U of M. The downside of being almost downtown is the lack of parking. There are only a few spots and they are almost all full (but note that they let you stay in the spots marked '20... More

For someone who travels for work constantly, there is nothing worst than being stuck at a hotel without a working wifi. I have stayed here in the past and I have always enjoyed my stays but this is an absolute deal-breaker. Also, they sent someone to my room "to help me" and the third sentence out of their mouth was... More

At Aloft, we understand the importance of having the ability to plug in to WiFi at any moment, which is why we provide fast & free WiFi to our guests; however, complications with our connectivity, WiFi signal, and service provider arise on occasion. We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you encountered with the WiFi connection in your room, as we... More

Spent and evening at the Aloft while attending a conference in downtown Minneapolis. Frankly, it was perfect. The location is in the mill district, right next to the Guthrie Theater and the Mill City Museum and it is in the shadow of the Vikings stadium which is being constructed two blocks away. It is also a quick watch the the... More

I went to Minneapolis for 2015 AWP and promptly gave myself a concussion by tripping and kissing the pavement. The staff at Aloft mended my glasses, iced my bumps and bruises, offered to summon medical assistance, and asked after my recovery each day. I was able to find varied and tasty food at the "grab and go," and the room... More

Very modern hotel and the location was fantastic. Close proximity to the football stadium, baseball stadium, and down town. Rooms were extremely reasonably priced for what you were receiving. The rooms were spotless and everything was so clean and sharp. Would definitely stay again
