The staff were very friendly it's an older place with a bit of charm. Great location right beside the entertainment centre pub bowling lanes gambling and good food if you want to grab a quick bite and watch the game. Travelling for work this place was great I recommend this hotel and the rooms are affordable..

The room was nice, clean. The front desk service was okay, the people were friendly. It was nice that they accepted our dogs. The toilet in the room was clogged, but at least it was clean. The pool was nice, a little chilly. The beds were comfortable, pillows were a little flat. The free 'warm' breakfast was disgusting and cold.... More

Had a bit too much fun at a show next door and were lucky to get the last room. While it is better than say sleeping in one's car or say the back of a police cruiser (which for the record I have not done but imagine is uncomfortable), overall it was not great for $115. The front desk attendants... More

We booked several rooms at this hotel (right next to the medina entertainment center) for my daughters wedding. When I called to ask if bride and groom would get a complimentary room there reply was "no, not our policy" even though several other hotels have policies like this. We brought hundreds of dollars to this "nothing to write home about"... More

When I arrived at 10 pm the front desk clerk was calling my cell to make sure I was still on my way, hasn't missed my flight or made a reservation for a wrong date. "I wouldn't have charged you if there was a problem," he said. So, right away I appreciated the customer service. The rooms aren't lavishly furnished,... More

I've stayed at the Medina Inn several years and it's always been satisfactory. But this year, it seems like the staff is running an institution. My stay was OK – not great. Breakfast is horrible. Old donuts, bread, mini-bagels, honey buns, cereal. No choice, very little fresh. The rooms are updated, which is nice, and carpet is new. Rules are... More

After attending a wedding reception at the ballroom we stayed a night at the Medina Inn. It is a basic hotel room that can use an update BUT all of the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The previous 2 nights were spent at a jr. suite in a Crowne Plaza so it was a step down. There... More

My April 20th wedding at the event center was a dream. Everyone at the event center was amazing to work with. Medina Inn was a whole different story, the hotel was a terrible terrible time. The owner also told us about the prostituting they are trying to keep out of there? And their cancer guests need their sleep(this is no... More

Wendy and I visited Medina, MN for a yearly trip to see BlackHawk and The Outlaws at the Medina Entertainment Center, situated next door to the Medina Inn. Since there is no other motel within five miles of the performance venue, The Medina Inn is extremely convenient. The Inn has two floors with entrance to all rooms through an interior... More
