The moment we walked in the door the front desk was rude and saying we had to wait because our room wasn't ready... The first night we were here there was a snowstorm so there was no heat or hot water, no one told me the electricity was out in the hallways they all just stared as I walked up... More

The hotel was very clean and had a fridge and microwave in the room. They allowed pets in the room which is very convenient for only at $15.00 fee. The hotel breakfast was typical with bagels, cereal, and toast. Will stay at again.

The Inn has a Vintage feel due to the carpet color and pattern. I would ha have rated the Inn a 4 if it weren't for the condition of the carpet in the lobby and the room. They should invest in keeping them clean.I thought the complimentary bottles of water and mints were a nice touch. Microwave and fridge needed... More

Excellent location. Close to great shopping and restaurants. Close to the freeway. A great basic breakfast. Great price. The room we stayed in needed renovation. The tub, sink and carpet were in need of replacement.

If your seeking prostitutes or the aroma of Pot in the hallways this is your kind of hotel. Parking lot is full of trash to include used condoms. The one staff member I spoke with indicated that the daytime traffic is for the on site prostitutes. The maids have been informed to remake the beds after the quickie with the... More

I had recently stayed at Asteria Inn& Suites with my family. As soon as we walked in the employees made us feel right at home. They were friendly and they helped us bring our luggage to the room. The room was clean and in order. I thank the manager and his staff for the warm hospitality. We will definitely stay... More

We're spending the weekend in the Cities & stopped here en route with another family. The Asteria has new owners who work hard to provide a neat, clean, private stay. Our non-smoking room had no traces of lingering smoke. We appreciated the in-room fridge & other conveniences. The staff is efficient& friendly--even calling us right away when one of the... More

We were slightly confused because this property is operating under a new name - the sign I'm the door says "Asteria inns and suites", but everything in the room still says "select inn". Rooms were extremely reasonably priced, and we were surprised to be given a king size bed. Everything was neat and clean, although a fixtures are showing their... More
