Had a free room but even that won't bring me back. Rooms need new beds, the cover was filthy. The buffet was awful and the good restaurant was closed. The machines are dirty with ashes. Hard to find staff when you need assistance

I don't usually write reviews on specilaty locations such as this, but I was very impressed with this casino/hotel. Our first encounter with staff was at the Star rewards counter. Both my wife and I were so impressed with the staff. They were friendly and very informative. As it was my wife's birthday month and our anniversary month we received... More

My room was to be compd. I had made a reservation for Monday and then changed it to Tuesday when I got to the hotel there was no reservation. Which was fine because front desk could fix it I did opt to pay the extra 40 dollar for an upgrade room. I stayed in room 3180. For free maybe? Not... More

My husband and I attended a wedding that was held in the Shooting star Hotel recently. There were only maybe 2 Hotel staff members that were helpful, and I wish I would have gotten their names. The majority of the hotel staff was terrible. There were a lot of reservations lost for people attending the wedding, and staff on shift... More

Enjoyed the experience, did not enjoy the smoking in the Casino. The non-smoking area offered a slight respit, but the smoke was overwhelming. The Town was interesting to visit, but very small. The Casino dinner restaurant was closed Monday & Tuesday, but we managed to visit on Sunday evening and enjoyed the experience and food. Lots of potential if the management eliminated... More

Stayed here because of a concert at the casino. Much nicer room than I was expecting. No complaints whatsoever! Clean, comfortable and a reasonable price. Also the staff was quite helpful and friendly. I'd stay again if it wasn't 800 miles away!

The hotel is connected by a sky walk to the casino which is nice for weather and safety. Staff were all very pleasant. Room needs a bit of an update but still very comfortable with everything that you need.

Don't stay here unless you like spiders! Stayed in stardust room, more expensive than regular room and we found 3 spiders! Told the front desk staff and all she said was " thanks for letting us know... " NO APOLOGY EVEN WHEN WE SHOWED THE PICTURE...

Had received free over night stay and buffet coupon that had NO EXPIRATION DATE listed on either one but when I came to use the buffet coupon in the dinning area I was told it had expired. When I showed them there was NO EXPIRATION DATE on the slip and even showed it to the night shift manager I was... More
