The Hillcrest Hide-Away b and b is a relaxing, lovely place to stay. The innkeepers see to your every need, including coffee delivered to the room at 7 AM, and homemade cookies upon your arrival. The location is at the end of a quiet street, with a private deck, in the case of the Peace Room, that overlooks a lovely... More

We enjoyed the Peace Room. The historical house is well maintained with many tasteful updates. Marv greeted us and gave us a tour of the house, making us feel right at home. We felt pampered with homemade cookies to greet us when we arrived and a beverage of our choice outside our door the next morning.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this B&B. Everything was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the food was great, the hosts were friendly and kind, and there were many little details to the place that made it extra special. Highly recommended.

From the homemade cookies to the comfy, comfy bed to the exceptional breakfast, Hillcrest hideaway is a great B and B. We have been coming here for 5 years with our son and on our own and it is fantastic!!!

Marv and Carol do an amazing job. All the little details ( your own cookie jar every night, coffee at your door in the am and beautiful little ha soap and lip balm made locally, to name just a few) You'll never regret staying here.

Our stay was for a Girls Bike trip and this was the perfect place for R&R between miles on the Root River Trail! All 4 of us stayed in the Hope room and had plenty of room to lounge, sit at the table, and comfortable beds for all. The scents that welcome you whenever you walk in the door are... More

My mother and I stayed at Hillcrest for two nights. The accommodations, food and innkeepers were great. We enjoyed our private deck as well as the room. The muffins, breads, fruit were all outstanding as were the cookies. Nice stay

We stayed in the Joy Suite. It is clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The area is quiet. There is a small deck attached to the room. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and Carol is a great cook. Breakfast was delicious!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and the new deck on the Joy Suite. The Joy Suite is just a little smaller than the Harmony Suite and it has the benefit of a private rather than a shared deck. It is a bit larger than the Peace Room. More

The B&B was quaint and tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and inviting. Marv and Carol are amazing people and we felt like family when we left. It was hard to leave, felt like I was saying goodbye to old friends. Definitely worth the drive to stay and experience the wonderful town and biking trails. We had a party of 9 people... More

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. The rains have been regular this summer. The good news is that makes the gardens grow well without watering. The bad news is that I need to mow the lawn weekly. However, that is good exercise for me. Marv More
