We stayed here for the weekend to get away from the daily grind and it was just perfect. Beautiful accommadations, super clean! Matt and Trish were helpful with dinner suggestions and their recommendation for Intermission was spot on! Delicious breakfasts, the blueberry pancakes were so fluffy. We were a little disappointed that we didn't get to meet the ghost of... More

Wonderful breakfasts were the perfect way to roar out on to the Root River trails for some of the most enchanting bicycling in Southeastern Minnesota. Wild blueberry pancakes one day, banana french toast another, with delicate fruits and yummy coffee (cookies as snack 24 hours a day is nice too. The backyard gardens provided the best venue for our shared... More

Stayed two nights at this wonderful B & B. Hosts Trish and Matthew were welcoming and attentive. Breakfasts were great. Yummy treats were served in the afternoon. Location to the Root River Bike Trail couldn't be more convenient----entrance right across the street. Park the car and walk to restaurants and stores. Bikes were secure either in their shed or backyard.... More

If you want to bike on the root river for a couple of days, the only option is B&Bs. Not my favorite, but the hosts were incredibly accommodating and fun to chat with. A group of us went and we were able to sit for breakfast together. We also asked for eggs instead of the sweeter breakfast that they were... More

There are quite a few B&B's to choose from in Lanesboro, but we felt we picked the perfect one. Mrs. B's is located right on the Root River Trail, and it's also on the main shopping and restaurant block in downtown Lanesboro. We parked our car once, and could get everywhere we wanted to go on foot or bike from... More

We were in Lanesboro taking senior pictures with a photographer for my boy/girl twins. We thought their Zen Garden by the river would be a great place to take some pictures. Although we weren't staying there, Matthew was gracious enough to let us use the garden. The pictures turned out beautiful and we now look forward to a relaxing get... More

Lanesboro has lots of recreation activities. Mrs B's is ideally situated in town. Hosts were very nice, rooms were nice/modern, and breakfast was very good. I would stay here again. No little children can stay here though, but we left ours with Grandma. I recommend canoeing on the root river. There is no TV in the room or wifi, so... More

We had the pleasure of staying at Mrs. B's Historic Lanesboro Inn. The hospitality was wonderful and the B&B charming. Our hosts, Trish and Mathew were personable and friendly. The breakfasts were fit for a King and Queen, prepared especially for you while you waited and the wait was short! Blueberry pancakes with more blueberries than I've ever seen on... More

We had an amazing stay at Mrs. B's over the weekend. The location is perfect if you are there to ride your bikes as it is right on the trail. Trish and Matthew are the perfect host and hostess and are not intrusive, but there when you need anything. The room was perfect, clean, comfortable and relaxing. After a very... More
