We have stayed at this Quality Inn in the past when the Country Inn in Northfield was booked up (son in college in Northfield). Due to the very reasonable prices and positive reviews we chose this location despite its distance from our ultimate destination. On our past stays, Arpan (I think), the General Manager was very friendly and helpful; we... More

Very clean and comfortable; close to freeway but not so that you notice any noise,. Good sized rooms and a/c worked well with not much noise. Front desk was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an older Quality Inn that desperately needs to be remodeled. Carpets are stained and dirty in the common areas and the walls were damaged and need to be repaired and repainted. The owners have done a terrible job maintaing the hotel. Our room was large with a king bed, small table with two chairs, sofa and kitchenette with... More

My son and I stayed at this establishment for a couple nights (July 22-23rd) The evening staff was very friendly and helpful. Going down the hall to our room the odor of cigarette smoke was noticeable (funny because this is a non-smoking hotel) And I noticed and empty pop can on top of the vending machines. (that in itself isn't... More

On the night of June 21st after several hours of searching for a room I came across this hotel on accident due to taking a wrong turn. Like most hotels in the Bloomington/MSP/St. Paul area they were all booked but the gentleman that was working the desk went out of his way to call several hotels in the area and... More

Upon checking in and going onto our room we found the room was not ready, and was giving another room. The overall room was all right however the bathroom door stuck and was very hard to open or close. The Breakfast was a little above the average found in most motels. The motel is very quite and in a good... More

We stayed at the Quality Inn in Lakeville, as my husband was working in the area, it was the closest hotel. I requested a quiet upper level room and got it. The staff person working the front desk was pleasant and discounted the room about 10% when I indicated why we were in the area - they offered the discount... More

The staff was friendly, the hotel was a convenient location and the rooms were very reasonably priced. The breakfast was adequate. The rooms could have been a little cleaner. There were many restaurants, bars and shopping nearby.

Breakfast was good, the food wasn't super hot. The only complaint was there was never someone at the front desk. When we checked in, we had to wait 5+ minutes for someone to show up. Also, when we tried to go to the pool 8:45am (pool was supposed to be open at 8am) it was locked. We went to the... More

Our basketball team recently stay at this Quality Inn. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean, they had both a microwave and refrigerator (which is very important to our team). The pool was smaller but nice. The staff was very accommodating with our group. They allowed us to use the breakfast area for a team dinner and helped... More
