The staff was friendly and courteous when we arrived and we were able to promptly check into an upgraded room. Wi-fi signal is good, cable tv plus HBO. The rooms were clean, good wifi signal and friendly staff. This was a last minute booking with no issues. It's not luxury but it's not expensive either. more
Was looking for inexpensive place near the airport - a little further than I expected but worked out fine. Furnishings in the room a little worn but good size room. Very nice shower head. Good assortment of breakfast foods. Very friendly and nice staff. more
At approximately 12 midnight, I was awakened by door slamming, loud voices and whistling from next door. I confronted the individual at the door, and things calmed down for approximately five minutes. Unfortunately, there was a loud guest staying this night because of a wedding party, however, that particular guest was asked to leave. The guest who had the noise complaint received a complimentary room night due to the inconvenience. Thank you.
Stayed here June 27-30. When we arrived we notice a lot of construction trucks. Checked in and no one informed us on the Hot tub being out of service and no carpet on the stairs. I stayed at this hotel in May 2006. It was the worst night at a hotel in my life. When I complained to the person working the front desk, they told me it was prom night in Lakeville. This hotel is fabulous and great location, within 10 miles to everything! The staff is extremely courteous and the room was perfect! I will stay here each time i come back!!! more
We stayed at this hotel during our visit to mall of america. We had reserved a room at another hotel but they were overbooked. We were very pleased with how clean this hotel was. I would definatly stay here again. more
