Stayed at the Property because I had work near by. I was concerned because it wasn't a Brand hotel. I was so impressed with the property. The rooms were beautiful, the lobby and pool area were unbelievable. I have stayed at so many of these tiny pool area hotels that you are so excited when you stay at a hotel... more

Loved the hotel, wasn't familiar with the area but looked on the internet for an upscale hotel. We have 2 children and wanted to enjoy the huge pool area. The Front Desk person was very kind, and helpful, they called us right after check in to make sure everything was ok. The room was beautiful, loved the decor, looks like... more

For what we paid for this place, I expected a lot more. Our room was small and dirty. We found a black sweater behind the chair that had obviously been there a while - covered in dust. I took it to the front desk and they didn't even apologize for not having the room clean. Nor did they offer to... more

The Wildwood Lodge, being one of just six properties owned/operated by Heart of America (never had heard of it but it is part of the Clairion organization) is a great change of pace. The pictures on the web really don't do it justice. The artwork in the hallways and rooms is refreshing and the overall design is interesting. There is... more

We stayed at the Wildwood Lodge the last week of March for 2 nights. The rooms are large and beds very comfortable. The bedding is high quality, luxurious and cozy. Our room was away from the pool area and the room seemed very sound proof. We all (2 adults, 3 kids) slept great both nights. We enjoyed fresh baked cookies... more

Spent one night here on business travel. Good sized room, nicely appointed, exceedingly clean. Huge pool. Machine Shed restaurant attached includes voucher for free sit-down breakfast. Shopping nearby. Coffee in room and in lobby. A lot of little extras, like cookies at front desk, candy on pillow, and free music CDs to check out to listen to on your fancy... more

We stayed here Dec. 24th and 25th while visiting relatives in Woodbury. There were only 4 cars in the parking lot so the hotel was very quiet. We were impressed by how new everything was and the beautiful lobby. Our room was larger than most hotel rooms and the bathroom was gigantic, so large that we actually put a roll-away... more

My family and I spent a Saturday night at the Wildwood Lodge and loved it! We purchased the birthday package and had my 8 year old daughter's birthday there. The package included a poolside room, use of the pool, pizza and pop, birthday cake and a large table set for the celebration. We had a wonderful time and after our... more

The hotel looks very new and was great during a weekend stay. The people are friendly, the rooms large and the pool great. The hotel is connected to the Machine Shed restaurant. The rate includes a breakfast voucher for the restaurant. The location is right off the interstate with ample parking. Many 3M guests from their nearby campus stay there. more

What can I say - as far as cleanliness goes, the property looks like it was just built, and everything was impeccably clean. The rooms are well appointed with desk and leather chair for the businessperson, down comforters on the beds, and VERY spacious bathroom. The only negative thing I have to say is regarding my room location. The pool... more
