A lovely welcome from Lynda and Tony. Both bedroom and en suite were extremely well appointed and very comfortable. Being on the ground floor we had the added bonus of our own small patio. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice including fruit juices, various fruits and yogurt, cereals and a cooked breakfast which was absolutely delicious. We look... More

This was our second stay here and again we were not disappointed. Tony and Lynda are very welcoming and throughout our stay looked after us superbly. The rooms are beautiful with personal touches added in. They have a variety of foods on the breakfast menu even if you're a vegetarian. They also recommend places to eat and visit if you're... More

As this was our first trip to Norfolk as a couple, we were looking for a very nice place to stay. Well, we were not disappointed. There cannot be many more better B&B properties than this, if any. Tony and Lynda were superb hosts and our room 'Pebbles' was absolutely 1st class. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was... More

Without a doubt this is probably the best B&B we have ever stayed at. Our room and the whole place was spotless. Lynda & Tony were wonderful hosts and the hospitality was second to none. We could not fault the breakfast it was excellent. If you enjoy fine dining there is a restaurant very near where the food was fabulous.... More

We have looked forward every year, since our first visit in 2008, to spending a week at Rookery Barn. Lynda and Tony are two of the most hospitable people one could come across. A superb breakfast includes a wide choice of local produce and is well presented in very pleasant surroundings. The accommodation is full of character, well equipped and... More

On our first visit to Norfolk we were lucky to have been able to book in at Rookery Barn for 5 nights. This is a rural gem offering first class accommodation. We were well looked after by Tony and Lynda, who were most welcoming hosts. Breakfasts were also first class. Many thanks for a restful stay. We trust that Tony's operation... More

My Husband, our 20 month old and I stayed here for 3 nights for a break after our Wedding. We couldn't have picked a better place. The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The owners Tony and Lynda were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The surroundings are beautiful and is ideally situated for a "get... More

Recently we experienced a fantastically relaxing weekend at rookery barn. I took my parents there for my fathers 70th and although essentially we used the barn as a base, it was faultless. Both my parents room and our room were immaculate, generous in size, impeccably spotless with amazing character....the bed in our room (driftwood) was so comfortable it was a... More

We had a 2 day stay at Rookery Barn on recommendation from friends who's daughters wedding we were attending. First impression..... Wo!!!!! We were overwhelmed with the friendliness and enthusiasm to make us welcome by a truly lovely couple,Tony & Linda.
