This is a very clean little hotel. Our room was spacious. We had a king-sized bed, jacuzzi tub, mini-fridge, coffee-maker and a patio area. I was very pleasantly surprised at how inviting it was. This is a great place to stay if you are biking on the Root River Trail. It is very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The rates are more than reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have paid twice as much to stay in places that were not nearly as nice.

I stayed here one night with a girlfriend on a Bluff Country weekend, after shopping and sight-seeing in Lanesboro. Glad to have Loken's open in an area where accomodations are scarce. Lodge type of atmosphere, Large rooms, very nice furnishings, towels are "a religous experience"! Staff is very friendly, and accomodating. Rooms all have coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Not much nearby for breakfast, so nice to be able to bring what you need. Reasonable rates, a very good value!
