The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was decent, wished there was a little more. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the pool room looked very clean. The location was nice, there were plenty of places to eat. Our room was very nice and neat and th bed was very comfortable. I will definitely come back!!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool and hot tub was good, as my children spent a lot of time swimming while we stayed there. And the location was also good with all of the different places to eat. I wish they had more options as far breakfast choices, but it still... More

When we arrived I took the bed apart. The sheet was stained and the pillows looked like they had been slept on.They changed it all for us! carpets everywhere are dirty! Killed a spider in the room. Looked like a piece of food in the drain of the sink. The bed was rock hard. It killed my back. The bathroom... More

Last minute need and they allow took pets so stayed; but the property is worn down, dirty, and fading fast. Dirty carpet, et al. Vending machines and ice machine on 2nd floor removed and space left empty but signs directing you to it still there. Rotten wood under air conditioners visible from outside. Parking lot needs resurfaced. 2 thin bath... More

The hotel is decent at best. Needs updating. Sheets were dirty on one of our beds, the pool was green, and the carpets in the main hallways were dirty. The stay went better than I feared from reading other reviews, but not impressed!

Erica and Phyliss, the desk clerks, were courteous and helpful. Rooms were average. Breakfast was ok...could've had some sausage, waffles, etc. Conveniently located at junction of MN-48 and I-35 in Hinckley, a town with the famous Hinckley Fire museum. A little on the expensive end considering the location, but it is a long drive to a larger city like Duluth... More

I was very ambivalent about staying here, given the mixed reviews I had read. I was only staying one night so I figured I could put up with almost anything. The room was actually just fine, although no fridge or microwave. Also, the bed was REALLY soft. It was almost hard to get out of. But the big disappointment was... More
