I went up to Hinckley with my dad and my friend for a weekend class. Dad roomed with another participant, and my friend and I picked up a non-smoking room on the ground-floor, with two beds, Halloween night (Sat--Sun). We paid $102 They had a pool and a hot tub, both of which had sand in them… but that is... more

I made my reservation through Wyndum Rewards with no problem. Arrived for one night stay--Later arrival with early departure so I did not check the room amenities. When I received my credit card bill, I was billed an additional $25.00 by the Days Inn. I called the Days Inn and was told that housekeeping reported a missing coffee pot so... more

Days Inn Hinckley as a hotel, would like to make it known that we do indeed charge a fee for missing items in the rooms. It is our responsibility to provide good service to our guests with all of the amenities that are expected so when something goes missing, we need to replace that item as soon as possible so...

We were nervous at first about staying in a Days Inn. Our experience with them has been mixed at best, but I will say that this one is better than most, still not a Hilton, but not to bad. The hotel is tucked in behind a few other businesses, but that keeps you a little isolated from all the people... more

In the last year or so, Days Inn has undergone a great transformation. The brand issued that all hotels were to replace the mattresses and also change some other policies. We have gotten the new mattresses and are working on getting the brank new logo put up at our property. We have a really good group here and plan on...

Called the hotel about two weeks prior to needing a 1 night stay. Clearly requested, one bed with non-smoking. Was told it was reserved under our name and would be $70. Showed up to the hotel a few weeks later, got charged $80 and opened the door only to realize we'd been given a two bed room, NOT what we... more

We stayed at the Hinckley Days inn for one night, and had a great stay. We loved it because it was pet friendly. Even though it was pet friendly it was very clean. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially Joy at the front desk. It is very close to the casino, a perfect location. We will be staying there... more

TLC needed at the Days Inn Hinckley Hotel room door barely locked - had to use a lot of force to close and lock the door. Room walls were very dirty, in need of some paint or a good washing. Bed box spring looks very dirty and stained. A bed skirt would probably help to mask the old box spring.... more

a great place to stay. We have stayed there many times. Nice warm pool. Many places to eat near-by. Breakfast has Tobie rolls and a waffle maker. Kid friendly and a nice staff. Easy to find Not as congested as other in Hinckley. New movie theater two blocks south with pizza. Have a great stay! more
