Stayed Tuesday and Wednesday night. King bed. Comfortable room with plenty of space. Ordered room service, was very good. Although we had ordered BLT and Cheeseburger, came as club sandwich and bacon cheeseburger. Fun getaway.

Horrible experience. Poor rooms. Poor tight slots. we, my wife and I spent all night playing. Every open machine. When we did get a bonus is was weak. not recommended we will not be returning. . Not suggested

It is quite smokey in the halls and loggy, which is the only downfall. The rooms are very reasonable and clean. There are a few restaurants in the casino. The pool is indoors, and in a strange location. You feel a bit as though you're on display for the casino guests, but okay for kids to blow off some steam.

The smokey smell really spoiled the casino for me. My room was okay in the non smoking area, but the hallways and elevator areas still smell bad. I spent most of my afternoon at the spa - IT WAS LOVELY and the staff was excellent. I will look elsewhere to add a review about it.

We have stayed at grand casino many times, this was our first stay in the chalets. Draw backs imo were. There was no closet for the dress clothes we had with us, furniture was spares, also the bathroom has a pretty small shower stall. Cleanliness was average also. Great room with hot tub, super couples massage, and a wonderful meal. Easy check in Probably the only low point was how terribly smokey the casino was, but you never noticed it when off the gaming floor. Winds restaurant had great service and good food Would definitely go back.
