I counted 9 Asian beetles crawling on the ceiling. Bedding has cigarette burn holes in it. The breakfast area has a juice machine and some coffee. The person at the front desk is very friendly. I can hear every word said on the tv next door. I can also hear the person in the shower above me.

Watch your check card. The price that the customer service person quoted us and the price that the man at the hotel charged us was off. We told them the number of adults, etc. in our party in advance but he still up charged us. The room was non-smoking but clearly didn't smell fresh. The floor was even wet for some... More

Its listed as a Super 8 online but it's not, its just Super motel. The hotel manager is GREAT!!! very helpful and accommodating. He has a tough job. The clientele is really unsavory. It's a lousy area, dilapidated, nothing to do or see. The Minnesota river runs through the edge of town, that was pretty. The room is very dated,... More

Overall the condition of the motel was okay, not great, but the breakfast consisted of toast and water. So they should not be able to claim that they serve breakfast at all. If back in Granite Falls I'd probably drive elsewhere or camp.

The casino's were booked so I looked to the nearest options. Having grown up in a small town I knew the options would be few. We checked in late and were greeted with a warm welcome. We didn't venture beyond the room, so can't speak for the amenities, but found the room very neat and clean. There is definite pride... More

We have stayed in the Whirl pool room at the Super Motel in Granite Falls a few times now. Its always been clean. Staff are pleasent and help full. A short drive to the casino but its nice to be away from the smoked filled rooms of the casino. We usually get a Whirl pool room when we stay, its... More

I would not recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. First woman at front desk is not friendly at all. 2nd the room was so dirty. Cheeze Its left on floor and beds sheets and blankets weren't even tucked in. We had a non smoking room but the bed spreads had smoking holes in them. Couldn't use the pool unless... More

I pulled up at night and it looked a little sketchy from the outside. Lobby was nothing fancy, but the receptionist at the desk was warm and professional. Room was fair but Wonderfully clean! Attached restaurant was so-so. Best of all was the comfortable mattress. I left too early (4:30am) so can't comment on breakfast but wished the room at... More

Room, pool and hot tub were very clean. Probably one of the cleanest i have stayed at. Friendly staff too. Beds are comfy, pillows, not so much. That being said, there are some negatives. Water in the shower never got more than warm even though i had it a full hot. Hot tub was warm not hot. no coffee maker... More

We hosted our nieces graduation party in the party room at the hotel and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff! The front desk clerk, maintenance guy, and housekeeping was so helpful to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything met our standards. This hotel should sure be very proud... More
