Basic hotel, no frills. clean room, clean property. Below average breakfast, cereal, toast, rolls, and instant grits. (No kidding, instant grits) Internet connection was terrible, I had really planned on using the connection but it failed me all 3-nights I was at the hotel.

Stayed 8-21 to 8-23. Room was fine. Breakfast was less than average. Common areas were extremely dusty. High price. The only advantage was that it was convienient. I would only use for convenience or emergency.

Hubs and I were on our way to a pottery festival in nearby Hutchinson and they were booked solid in that town so we stayed in Gaylord. For the money, the motel fell a little short but it wasn't bad. Cons: There's no elevator so that might be a dealbreaker for some. Worst pillows we've ever slept on. Pros: It... More

We stay at hotels quite often on business & family trips. This is one of the clean properties that we have stayed. Rooms are nice, spacious & clean. The beds were comfortable. They have a great sitting area in the lobby with a small breakfast area for continental breakfast. The hotel had a very friendly staff. I will definitely stay... More

I have been in so many hotels all around USA because of my job that I could perceive when something it's no ok. Tmobile will die as soon as you get into the room,You will be uncommunicated room phone only works local, WIFI is unstable as a little boat on Niagara Falls(no more than 5 minutes without breaking), only 3... The hotel is overpriced. I have stayed in other motels in Minneapolis for 1/2 the price and double the comfort. Everything was meager; i.e. 2 towels in the room, 2 small pillows on the bed, the breakfast was very skimpy (dry bagels, bite size muffins, bread, cereal, orange juice). Don't stay after 10 a.m. in the breakfast area to visit... More

Got confirmation and never received one in mail and asked if we got wedding rate that block of rooms were made for and was told YES! Wrong. I came... More

The beds were so hard we jokingly called them Iron Maidens with patio brick pillows, the air conditioner put out warm air, mini fridge really doesn't get cold. I went to the front desk for a "do not disturb sign" because our room didn't have one. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to come back (even after calling) it took... More

We stayed at this motel for a week while visiting family in Gaylord. There is only one other motel in town, which is pretty rundown, so this is really the only choice. Otherwise, there are similar motels about 20 minutes away in Glencoe or Arlington, as well as chain motels about 45 minutes away in Mankato. No one will mistake... More

We needed a little more space for everyone over Christmas and it was great having a quiet and comfortable place so nearby. The rooms are clean and the kids enjoyed the breakfast. Only wish they were pet friendly.
