The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was very helpful. They printed directions and maps to a couple of attractions for us. The continental breakfast was nice. Several cold cereal options, but limited on hot food options except for bagels and toast. They did offer Starbucks coffee. Another bonus the room had a large flat screen T.V. more

The customer service was amazing! As a travel agent I have stayed in many hotels and when you called for something, anything, there was always someone to be of service to you. My daughter turned on a pay-per-view cartoon for 1 second and my card was charged but immediately reversed with no questions asked. Check in is very simple and... more

I've stayed here before - even before it was converted to Hyatt Place. It has a very good decore, and nicely done rooms, with the separate sitting, sleeping and sitting/refrig areas. It is in excellent repair and is well managed. I have stayed in a large number of Hyatts and other hotels around the world, and above all else I... more

I am a solo female business traveler, who recently had repeated trips to Eden Prairie. This hotel is nice to visit again and again. The staff is extraordinarily accomodating from the shuttle driver, to the front desk, to the cleaning crew. The house red wine is really quite good. The lobby is set up like a living room kitchen, so... more

My wife and I stayed with friends for 2 nights to visit the Mall of America. This hotel is the first "Hyatt Place" I have experienced although I have stayed in quite a few Hyatt properties in Australia. The lack of porters was a surprise at first, but not really a problem as the covered entry and trolleys provided made... more

We used Hotwire to book this hotel with another family. We ended up with an excellent price, more then 50% off the normal rate! The rooms are nicely done. Beds are extrememly comfortable. The 40 inch LCD TV was a nice welcome in a hotel room. The rooms are also wired for anything a person could possibly need. While the... more

Hyatt Place is Hyatt's newer line of no-frill, hip hotels, and as such this place basically succeeds. The hotel is clean and fairly recently renovated to provide a hip modern look, down to the 42" plasma TVs in each room. Service in general has been good. Looks aside, however, this hotel fails for us compared to other budget hotels. The... more

Stayed here for 2 nights during a business trip. The hotel was a welcome surprise - it was about a 20 minute cab ride from the airport (you pass one just like it on the way out) and about a $10 cab fare from the Mall of America. There is a free shuttle bus servicing local businesses and the nearby... more

I booked this room thru a package deal with Expedia for a business trip. I was pleasantly surprised. The check-in kiosk was a welcome sight after seeing people milling around the "front desk". The lobby is just like they say--more like a living room than a hotel lobby. The room was very clean, nicely appointed and very comfortable. The large... more

This hotel is a recently refurbished Amerisuites and is now a Hyatt Place. The hotel is simply wonderful, the easy-to-look-at, asian-inspired colors and decor are relaxing. The room as a 42 inch plasma or LCD tv and the beds are very comfortable. The staff of this hotel are very nice and very friendly and I like how they have a... more
