Free Continetal breakfast was very slim - your choices were white bread, white bagels, coffee/sunny D and jam/peanutbutter. Foyer, hallway, sheets smelled like smoke. Not great when you have a non smoking room. Might as well sleep in smoking room. Beds were not great - not very supportive. Place was not well maintained - toilet leaked. First room they put... more

Nice, quiet, no stray people wondering around. Off the highway in a quiet area by a bowling alley with food. Nice staff, very friendly. Bed was big and soft with nice smelling pressed sheets. Very good place to stay for basic overnighter. No mold smell anywhere. Breakfast was skimpy as stated in other review. more

We had three rooms booked for the weekend of Oct 20-22, 2006. We've stayed there several times in the past and like the reasonable rates offered. However, on this trip we were HUGELY disappointed in the "continental breakfast" offered. Coffe, orange juice or milk to drink and bagels, toast, or english muffins to eat. Thats it!! we stayed in this motel in june, 2006. its really nice and quite place with resonable rates. its pass grandforks into east grandforks on highway2 (gateway drive) . beautiful view and very friendly staff. i would recommend this motel to everyone who's going to east grandforks or grandforks.. very close to university of north dakotah. love this place more
