I have stayed here 3 times. Great value excellent breakfast even when the hotel was full the staff quickly redirected guests to a meeting room so they were able to sit and eat. Nice pool for the kids and evening snacks the early part of the week. 5minutes to all the usual shops and restaurants. Ten minutes to the MoA.... More

We stayed here over 4th of July weekend. Two adults with two teenagers. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Kitchen area very nice and big. New appliances. Beds clean and comfortable. Breakfast good and well attended to by staff. Cons: farther from Mall of America than I thought. Not far, but travelling a few busy expressways to get there, but... More

Jesse, an employee at the breakfast bar, said the Inn's goal was to make everything feel like HOME not like a hotel. All the employees were so friendly and helpful. We had a downstairs studio near the lobby, with a huge stainless steel kitchen including D/W, fireplace, sofa and 2 queen beds. There were so many closets, it took me... More

This hotel definitely went above and beyond the normal tasks. When the five of us sisters arrived to celebrate birthdays and graduation from college. We had a great time thanks to the shuttle driver that took us to the Mall of America, he was a kind and courteous gentleman. Very clean and the front desk answered our questions.

I spent the week of June 4-7 of 2010 for a business trip. The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. I stayed in a first floor studio near the front office, it have full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. They offer complimentary grocery shopping, internet and breakfast each morning. They also offer complimentary shuttle service to and from MSP. I... More

My family and I stayed here for a second time over the Memorial Day weekend based on our enjoyment from staying here previously. The front lobby and breakfast area had been completely rennovated since our last stay, but the rooms remained the same. This time around the rooms were (again) clean and comfortable, but since our kids have grown it... More

We started our family vacation with a night at this homey, comfortable room suite, and were very pleased with the prompt, friendly shuttle service at 4:00 A.M.! We were very pleased with the quality of the room for the money. Our daughter flew back to Mpls a week later, had excellant, timely serivce for the shuttle and found her car... More

It's everything one would expect from a Residence Inn: large suites, functional kitchenette, happy-hour on weekdays. However, the proximity of a highway make the rooms very noisy. At least the one I was in. The ventilation system is also quite dated (analog system, hard to keep a constant room temperature) therefore very noisy as well. What's more, there is a... More

We stayed here for 5 days during the 'Winter Carnival'. Too bad it was warm and raining...not the usual Minnesota weather. The hotel was close to the airport, just off the highway and easy to get around in the area. Room was well appointed with everything we needed. I agree with previous posts that the bathroom was small, but the... More

We stay here twice a year. We have never ever been charged accurately. This last visit was the last straw. Not only were we not charged accurately, but when we called to rectify it, we were given the run around. We were told 3 times that it was all taken care of. It wasn't. When I spoke to the manager,... Guest used debit card to check-in and later wanted to change to credit card. As with most hotels you need a form of payment to check-in and they used their debit card. Debit cards get charged right away whereas credit cards are only an authorization. Some debit cards will allow the hotel to call the bank and release the charge... More
