Wow! A stay at Tim & Angie's is even more wonderful than the nice stays we've had at other Duluth B&B's with similar high ratings on TripAdvisor. It was phenomenal from start to finish, breakfast to wine package, and from hello to warm goodbyes with promises to return often. A quick walk, just 5 blocks away (turn right at 4th... More

This place is amazing. Angie and Tim are great hosts, there are not enough positive words to say about the two of them (or about their B&B). There are plenty of good reviews on here to validate staying here, and I fully support all of them. Stay here, enough said.

If you are looking to stay at a B&B or never have stayed at one like me then you should stay at the A.G. Thomson House. The rooms are fantastic and the breakfast is to die for. My wife is gluten tolerant and was the first time she has had a muffin and French toast in a long time. Angie... More

We've been to Duluth many times. This was our first B&B stay. It will be hard for any other place to top the A.G. Thomson House. Tim and Angie do an awesome job meeting every one of your needs. Meals, cookies, and coffee are amazing!! Beautiful/spotlessly clean home with amazing landscape and gardens! We'll be back next year!

My wife and I spent two days at the A.G. Thompson house Labor day weekend. We were impressed with the house and our room. Tim and Angie welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a small tour of he house. The breakfasts were delicious. I will definitely return for another stay.

We went to Duluth knowing that we would have a great time with all that the city and surrounding areas have to offer. What we didn't expect was that at the end of our trip the highlight would be where we stayed. From the moment we pulled up we were in awe of the beauty of the house and property.... More

My husband and I have tight finances but we needed a getaway and decided to splurge on a fancy B&B. We were not disappointed. From the minute we stepped foot onto the grounds of A.G.Thomson House we were greeting by Tim's friendly, welcoming face and received a tour of the common areas, grounds, and our room...all of which are exquisite.... My husband and I have been to Duluth many times and this was our first experience staying here. This place is a "gem" and we will definitely be back. The grounds are incredibly beautiful and it feel like you are in your own private park. Our room was cozy, clean and very comfortable. Angie and Tim are gracious and inviting.... More

My wife and I have stayed at many B&B's over the years and the A.G. Thomson House is head and shoulders above the rest. While the house, rooms, and garden are beautiful, it is the innkeepers that set it apart from the rest. Angie and Tim are wonderful. They create the perfect balance of privacy and attentiveness. We have returned... More

We recently stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast in the Ryerson Suite. It was perfect; we loved the separate sun porch/sitting area in our room. There are different areas to sit and relax in throughout the house and grounds; especially loved sitting among the flowers in the gazebo. The breakfasts were wonderful with an option to have it delivered... More
