Staff was very efficient and helpful, check in was a breeze, they basically ran a pretty tight ship. The hotel was very clean and upgraded. The continental breakfast was top notch, never any waiting or anything running out. Requested a room with an extended balcony in the new wing with a lakeview and they totally accomodated us! We had a handicapped accessible king suite on the lakeside. The room was large and had a nice view. The amenities for the handicapped were wonderful.
