Don't be fooled by the renovations in the lobby...the rooms are left-overs from the 90's. The pillows are flat as pancakes. Best towels around but watch out for the 4 inch cockroaches!

I was trying to book a one night stay [Saturday], but could only book online if I booked Friday, as well. I scoured the site to see if a 2 night minimum stay was published anywhere, but to no avail, so I called the reservation line. The woman transferred me to the manager on duty at the front desk. He... Dear MJensen719, I have read your comments and must say I am very disappointed in the way my team handled your request. I can certainly understand how frustrating it must have been to be transferred around and never get your question answered or resolved. Please accept my apologies. I will review your comments with my team. More importantly, I want... More

Stayed over a summer weekend peak period. Stayed here several times and don't expect much. This stay set a new standard in frustration. Elevators are slow, small, on a Friday eve, absurd. We took the confusing fire-star system to avoid the interminable waits except when we had bags. First room had nice view but was warm. Tried to get the... More

After reading some of the reviews I got a bit nervous. People sure are picky. Basically my husband and I wanted a place to sleep after a day/night in Duluth. I really like Duluth we live an hour and fifteen minutes away. Great staff, comfy bed, nice view, great location and would stay at the Radisson again.

Was excited for the stay, but sadly disappointed. I had reserved 2 rooms with king beds and ended up with 1 room with 2 full beds. Not a big deal really, however the staff was not helpful at all. When I expressed concern about the room, I was told "I only give out the rooms they mark down for me... More

Dear Pilot 7773, First, thank you for choosing the Radisson Hotel Duluth Harborview. After reading your review, I was very dissappointed to say the least on how my team handle the level of service provided to you. I can assure you this is not the normal mode of service at the Radisson. I have printed out your survey to review... More

Four of us went to Duluth for an overnight not knowing where to stay, we picked this. The staff was helpful, the rooms very nice and clean. One of the sleep number beds was not working, we called and someone was up right away to fix it. We went for dessert at the restaurant, JJ Astor, and were surprised it... More

Booked thru Priceline I then called the Radison to confirm the reservation and inquire about thier pet policy. I spoke to Shauna at the front desk. She answered all my questions, and was very pleasant and polite . She even accomodated my request for a room on a higher floor facing the lake. The next morning on our way to... More

Hotel was booked on the internet thinking there was a spectacular view which might be enjoyed by sitting together to view thru a large window. The way over-priced room only had a chair not facing the window and the window was too high to see anything from a seated position. The room had a very uncomfortable sleep number bed which... More

The hotel is old and the rooms are smaller. Fine. My problem -neither of the sleep number beds in my room worked. Neither did the tv until we called the front desk. Then we received a few static-filled channels. "Satellite TV" this was not. The airport shuttle was a joke. I called and it did come -45 minutes after I... More
