Absolutely horrific experience. We had booked a lakeview room directly through Radisson's website, several months before our arrival. When we checked in, we were told that they oversold rooms, and our room was no longer available. I was left to call other hotel rooms in the Duluth area- and they were all sold out, which is quite common for the... More

Over 20 years ago we stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Duluth, MN. It was a wonderful experience. However, on September 26, 2014 things were much different. The best thing I can say is there's a great view from room 813. If the Radisson expects to keep customers here is what they should do; 1. put a refrigerator in the... More

Conference metings went vvery well although meeting rooms got a little warm. Food was very good. Rooms were clean, but a little outdated. It would have been nice to have some consierge services for loading & unloading and parking cars. It wasn't very easy for a person with a handicap.

The Radisson Duluth is a nice hotel. Its round shape give it plenty of character. The hotel on the top level is definately worth checking out for the abiance. The restaurant rotates while you dine so you literally get a 360 degeree view of the beautiful city of duluth. Although the building itself is a bit dated it was clean,... More

The location of this hotel is just about perfect for touring Duluth, the staff was very friendly, and the view from our room was great. There were a substantial number of negatives though ranging from parking, to uncomfortable beds, to elevator malfunctions, and small rooms. For the rate this hotel charges and the Radisson name, I had higher expectations.

Worst hotel we stayed in on a 2 week car trip. Unfortunately, we were committed for 3 nights. Otherwise, we'd have cancelled once we saw the room. It was so dirty--especially the carpet. Parking was inadequate; keys seldom worked. It lived up to the bad reputation a local told us.

Beds were very uncomfortable, enjoyed the free shuttle service. Rooms were clean, bathrooms could be updated and a little bit bigger, but overall served it's purpose. Pool was nice, staff was friendly and tried to accommodate with our needs.

$179!!!! For a disgusting hotel! First time I have ever packed my bags and left an hour after checking In. I do not need fancy or upscale. But I can't do filthy. I couldn't even think of eating dinner in my room. Or laying in the bed. The manager informed me that my room was on the list that hadn't... More

This hotel is an embarassment to the Radisson name. It needed a complete renovation 10 years ago. The rates should be significantly lower for the current condition. I am normally not picky about where I stay, but this place has an odor in many areas that is a combination of smoke and mold.

The Astor has the best view of the Duluth Harbor. Also a great vantage point for the Christmas light display down near the water in the winter. The place is dated but worth considering. Huge difference in room price between peak and off seasons. One thing always consistent is the great service and great food at the Astor. If you're... More
