The beds were amazingly comfortable. Front desk employee - Rebekah did a great job when the computers weren't working and guests were way backed up and angry - thanks so much Rebekah for keeping your cool and remaining so professional. We enjoyed our stay....very nice bed and nice TV. We had a lake view room on the 5th floor which was great. And a wonderful young lady at reception had someone go out and buy some peptobismal for my husband as he was feeling ill. I also think they charged us a very fair price for it. Great new hotel in "Old Downtown". It reminds me of the grand hotels of the old days with lots of dark wood, it has a warm at- mosphere which is a plus in Duluth.
