Wonderful place for a celebration. Historic mansion with great rooms, wonderful service and hospitality. Convenient to downtown Duluth, great restaurants up old Highway 61 nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Whether in the main building or in the carriage house the rooms are spacious, cozy and relaxing. Nice place for a get away.

We have stayed at the "Cotton Mansion" a number of time's,for the simple fact that the service and hospitality is genuine and warm! My husband and I always have a quiet,relaxing weekend!
