The rooms were nearby to the front desk and ample parking helped make the trek to them easy. The swimming pool appeared small but was not very busy during our stay there. Same quality AmericInns seen elsewhere. This hotel is not located on the waterfront, in fact it is in Proctor, MN, up the hill from Duluth harbor a 6-7 miles on I35, exit US2. Clean, quiet, friendly service. Restaurant adjacent, but I didn't eat there. Ample parking. more
