“Business trip - friendly staff and very nice”

After a long work day and dinner with customers, I found this hotel to be very nice. Easy car parking (free) and pleasant check in process. The room overlooked the Lake, was clean and fresh. I rested well. Starbucks on the ground floor the next morning before heading out to Minneapolis.

“Outdated and unenjoyable stay.”

Overcrowded with family and kids. Elevator wait was at least 5-10 minutes. Rooms were poor to average for a Holiday Inn. Will not be staying again. Plan on staying at a hotel on Canal Park next visit.
