As far as i know you can't beat the value of the place. Great rates are available if you know how/when to book. Pluses: Connected to much of Duluth downtown & waterfront via Skywalk. Stayed here for a 3 day work related school. Good parking ramp. Hotel is connected with Canel park by skyways. Sneakers is good sports bar food at Holiday Inn basement.
