This Holiday Inn is located DT Duluth and not on Canal Park (and therefore not on the waterfront). We booked a great Sat. night rate through priceline ($65) during the summer. We should have known...significant mold on shower curtain, very loud air conditioning unit, loud fridge, etc. No help from the front desk because we booked through priceline.
