We, initally, chose Serenity Bay because we were looking for a fishing resort that would be close enough to our home so we could spend time each day with relatives on vacation. It's a place, where you can bring the family & the families pet (cats/dogs)! With just a short walk, you are at the beach! They even have a pontoon, a boat & a paddle boat! We have stayed at Serenity Bay Resort for 3 years. We have a small but quaint cabin that works wonderfully for our large family. Sure we'd love to have a larger cabin, but for our purposes we make it work fine. The beach is sandy and kept up nicely and is close to cabins. The resort grounds are kept up... More

The cabins are infested from the crawl space, the odor smells like something rotting, i.e.a small animal died. Underneath the flooring, which is rotting,,cabin I had was carpeted,which reeked.
