I had my family with me and we went to the Valley fair and mall of america and let me tell you that this is the best "Best Western" i have ever stayed. The rates are reasonable and they have a Valley fair pkg that includes free tickets. Also they have nice river view patio so kids had good time... more

Great place. Kind and attentive staff. Great value with a nice view of the river, big hot tub and nice pool. There is a fire pit and a great outdoor area. Walk a few blocks downtown to the Chaska bakery for breakfast, they have the best donuts and rolls. more

It was a very good experience for my family, we stayed here for couple of days and the hotel was very busy still i had best service and the hotel itself is at very nice location. Plus it was neat and clean. I would recommand this hotel to any one who are traveling to chaska more

I found myself quite impressed with this somewhat out-of-the-way gem. My king-suite was ample size for the price and relatively quiet although it faced the street. The town of Chaska is nice and quaint. The location of the hotel right on the Minnesota River was a great setting. The only thing that left me wanting more was the 'continental breakfast'.... more

The hotel is in a great location, on the edge of a very quiet and serene town called Chaska. It's located next to a river and a forest, and there are nature trails near-by. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights while visiting valleyfair and the Minnesota zoo. Pool area was nice, water was a little cold in the pool. Hot tub was wonderful. What is up with Minnesota? Do they know the meaning of good service here? The hotel is okay; clean, decent sized rooms, etc but avoid the 'Playoffs' bar if you want decent service.
