Passing through from Duluth and looked to stay here again for an affordable one night stay. We have stayed here a number of years ago when the new tower was built. Our stay over this past weekend was terrible! When we arrived we were given a non smoking room on the 10th floor. Entering this room the odor was terrible;... More

I'm not one to write reviews. If I like a place, I like a place. If I don't, I don't. But since I've seen these reviews being shared on Facebook I thought I'd give my experience. I was playing in the back of the casino near the bar. I was doing okay for being on Slots. Until I went to... More

I've worked for this casino for years if you can get past the cigarette smell great. There is designated areas that are for no smoking like the coffee shop (that's where I work) not only will there be no smoking but there is also a delightful aroma of coffee smell and fresh baked muffins/cookies in the morning. The coffee shop... More

We stay here often and love this hotel! Beautiful rooms, great service, the best buffet ever, kid friendly, great pool, great Arcade, and a friendly casino. We have never had a dirty room, never had a bad meal, and everyone is warm and welcoming!

Best buffet we have in northern Minnesota. Thursday seafood is best. But any time any day, it is just the best. The hotel is clean and reasonable. Staff is nice and helpful, friendly. Slots are slots, what can I say. I've won and lost, try not to bring the rent with.

Stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Shocked how downhill it's gone. Rooms were disgusting, door lock was broken, stinks like smoke. We also experienced a hostile environment with some unattended teens. Couldn't leave fast enough, such a shame to see it turn out this way. Will never stay there again.

I have never written a review on a hotel because I normally just don't care that much. However, this place was so bad I just can't keep it to myself. My nonsmoking room had burns on the bed not to mention the ash tray smell. Can't say much there though, the whole building is a giant ash tray. It's gross!... More

As a european person generally I don't feel spoiled regarding high quality food along the way in US But at the Casino in the restaurant I really enjoyed my dinner with a nice salad and a excellent maincourse. Friendy service too!

The place needs to buy some new comforters. The ones they have now look like they are 20 years old and unclean. Carpets need cleaning also heavily stained in most rooms. Lots of cigarette burns etc.....

Came for the entertainment, Joe Nichols!! Great venue for the concert, not a bad seat within. This was my first concert here. The room was very spacious and comfy. Food was awesome. Will definately be back as they have great national acts.
