Fairfield Inns never "wow" me, but they usually never disappoint me either. This location was no exception. I had a clean, comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. Wireless internet is free and the signal is strong. The complimentary breakfast was good and adequate. This hotel was a very good value and I will return here again if I'm back... more

My son and I spent one night in this hotel while visiting the Mall of America. The hotel is getting older, but it was clean and the staff was attentive. I had problems with the air conditioning and they offered to move me to another room right away. The room was clean and the breakfast was nice and they kept... more

Staff was excellent & very helpful. Plenty of restaurants near by. If you need to exercise, don't stay here as there's no work out room. more

This hotel is clean. The Staff is super friendly and willing to help with all questions including directions to local attractions and restaurants. My kids at breakfast even got to color while waiting for me to feed them. The property is a little older, but the staff more than makes up for it! Try it for yourself. more

I am giving up Fairfield Inns. They are all average at best, and a glorified Motel 6 at worst. This one was clean and quiet, but the room was no better than a Motel 6 or the average Best Western. The room was very outdated and it featured a massive 25 inch TV (snicker). I was supposed to stay three... more

I had to stay at the Fairfield several times for work and I was pleasantly surprised each time. The beds are so comfortable, many cable channels and many restaurants deliver to the hotel(the front desk has takeout menus). Also, the hotel is located in a convenient area near the Burnsville mall, restaurants and attractions. I had to switch rooms once... more

We spent an overnight here because we had visited friends in St. Paul but wanted to be south of the city the following morning to avoid traffic. Burnsville definitely was a good choice in terms of location. When we got to the hotel, there was a line for check-in and no one behind the desk. (If we hadn't already made... more

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and will again in the future. The only disadvantage lately is that they have raised their pricing and we can usually find a better deal with priceline or at a higher class hotel. The rooms are in great condition and well maintained. The furniture and amenities are in good... more

The rooms were nice, pretty spacious for a double. You have a nice view of a bank and some of the plaza across the street, depending which side of the hotel you stay on. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. The staff is cool. The only problem I had was their pool - unless you are 12 years old,... more
