Nice rooms, nice evening Staff. Had excellent service with everything except there internet. On weekends its near non-existant during week it drops out frequently. If it wasn't for that I'd say its best in town for the money. more

This hotel does not have a pool or continental breakfast. At the time of our booking it was listed that there were both by an outside website. It is not true! more

Hotel is quiet, clean and so reasonably priced. Have stayed in all 3 types of rooms, They are all good. Beds are comfortable. Now they have some rooms with inroom coffee! Otherwise you can get fresh coffee in the lobby-and it is very good coffee. more

I have to admit when I saw the $44/night price tag, I was very leary of what I'd see upon check-in...but I was VERY impressed! If you stay here, always select the King Premium instead of the King Deluxe~ they are the same price but NOT the same room quality. I also checked out the Jacuzzi suite and I WILL... more

This was my 4th visit in 2 years. Towels softer, water warmer & stronger flow, entire facility cleaner. Front desk personnel, notably Raz & Lea, are always competent, chatty, friendly; same withe the housekeeping staff. By the way - the low price is an exceptionally good value. This trip I booked for myself, 2 daughters and 3 grandkids. They ALL... more

Worst place I ever stayed. Room had gross dirty walls. You could see garbage under the night stand. Behind the bed was inches of dust and garbage. The seal under the door was half gone, you could see the hall light shining through. Very noisy after 10pm. more

We have stayed at the LivInn Suites in Burnsville twice now and have been very pleased. The double queen room is adequate and comfortable. The beds are luxurious; a full supply of clean towels is provided each day. The room is tidied up as well. Everything we need is there including a refrigerator and microwave. It has been very quiet... more

We'd stay here again. The hotel was pleasant for the price. We need a hotel room in Burnsville for one night every couple of months, and so far this one was the best for the price we paid. The only thing that was missing was an in room coffee maker. more

I was looking for an okay motel, close to my destination (Burnsville Civic Center) and inexpensive. I didn't need a pool or restaurant and bar, but I did want a good bed, a fridge and a microwave. The Liv-Inn fit the bill. Unfortunately, the walls were pretty thin so the neighbors t.v. was an annoyance, but hey, for $50/night, I... more
