Hotel is quiet, clean and so reasonably priced. Have stayed in all 3 types of rooms, They are all good. Beds are comfortable. Now they have some rooms with inroom coffee! Otherwise you can get fresh coffee in the lobby-and it is very good coffee. more

Worst place I ever stayed. Room had gross dirty walls. You could see garbage under the night stand. Behind the bed was inches of dust and garbage. The seal under the door was half gone, you could see the hall light shining through. Very noisy after 10pm. more

We have stayed at the LivInn Suites in Burnsville twice now and have been very pleased. The double queen room is adequate and comfortable.
