The common areas are nice. The landing area upstairs smelled of smoke but our room did not. The pool is tiny! Max capacity is 18 but it felt crowded with 10. Plus there is no pool deck to speak off, no room for tables and chairs to set towels and keys. It was very warm! Our room cold use a... More

Checked into room to find room already occupied with a man sleeping in one of the beds. Bathroom was dirty with cold water for shower. Breakfast items ran out early and never replenished. Terrible experience.

Nice, clean and friendly hotel, including the housekeepers. The only thing we didn't like was, because we have a little dog, putting down $100 deposit for him...as they didn't check the room before returning it to us upon checking out, we really didn't see the point, however, we did get it back. Just kind of a shock to be told... More

We needed to ask twice for a roll away, the desk clerk, "forgot." The rooms were in poor condition, the milk at breakfast was sour, the waffle iron broken and the toaster blew fuses. Other than that, everything was fine :-)

I’m not quite sure if I’ve ever been to a worse hotel. Maybe that one time my mom took me to the Sterling Motel because of a flyer she received advertising cheap glamor shots for girls. Cons: The hotel exterior and rooms are in really bad shape….even the parking lot was dirty and in need of repair. The hotel room... More

This was the worst AmericInn I have ever stayed at. It was dirty beyond belief; floors unvacuumed, toilet bowl was brown, sink was cracked, and I even found a dead bug laying on the menu in the room. The air conditioner didn't cool and I woke up at 4 in the morning too hot to go back to sleep. Also... More

We rented 2 rooms for 1 week. I must say I was a little leery at first. We booked these rooms for what seemed cheap, and the reviews I read did not help my skepticism. We arrived to a very friendly staff. We checked in and got our room key. When we got to our room I put the key... More

It was easy to tell the hotel recently had some work done...and some was being done during our stay there. Nothing like tripping over a water hose running out the the contractor working on the sidewalks. :( Pros: Breakfast - while your typical hotel breakfast, it was convenient for us. The weekly rate we got was pretty good, I don't... More

This hotel recently experienced a renovation. Lobby/Dining area were nice. My room was so so. This hotel was lacking in overall cleanliness.Easy access to both 35W & 35E. 1st floor security door not working.

Room was OK- bathroom was less than clean. Ice machine was out all weekend. Pool was very small. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect to get to games. Overall the hotel served its purpose for what we needed.
