Wow! This resort is STUNNING!!!!! Ocean front resort! Exceptionally clean and plenty of room in the room for the two of us. Almost all water sports are offered at the resort from kayaking, paddle boards, snorkeling and windsailing and, when we were leaving the kind gentlemen there were putting up a basketball hoop for the pool. If you go there... More

Just back from a five day stay at Old Bahama Bay. Off season, so not very many people. We experienced very windy weather conditions and ended up canceling on two days of planned fishing but still had a great experience. Food at both the marina restaurant and the tiki bar was excellent. Try cracked conch, cracked lobster and the mutton... More

Stayed here with a family of 8 for my brothers big 60. The staff was great and the food top notch. There's a nice marina as we'll if you come by boat. The weather wasn't great but we made the best of it by moving the pool chairs out of the wind and keeping the rum pouring.

Old Bahama bay marina and hotel is just a short 52 mile boat trip from west palm beach. Customs and immigrations is a breeze to go threw. Kyle the dock master at the marina makes shore you stay at the marina is a pleasure. Beach bar has good Bahamian food and gombay smashes are the drink. Free water sports and... More

My family and I decided we didn't want the traditional Christmas at home and decided that we were going to travel to the USA. After logging on to my usual hotwire site to compare prices, Old Bahama Bay had a pop up add that wouldn't get off my computer so I clicked it. The hotel was offering a Junkanoo in... More

So nice to hear from a guest from last year. We could not be happier to know that you and your family had such a memorable time with us. It is almost Christmas time again, so perhaps you will consider coming back and spending the holidays with us again. We would love to have you back. More

This hotel is part of a marina which is the first port of call if you have taken your boat the 55 miles from Florida. It is a group of attractive two story beach houses clustered at the end of the island. It is remote and a USD 75 taxi ride from Freeport. Bring cash as there is no ATM... More

The resort is beautiful but when we arrived there were no other visitors. We actually had no food for a complete day because the restaurant was closed. The rooms was awesome but please look into what time of year you plan on staying. FYI the grocery store is 45 minutes away. The resort itself is one and a half ours... More

Thank you so much for your recent visit. You are correct, October is the off season for the Bahamas. There is one restaurant open at the moment, Teaser’s Tiki Bar, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner right on the beach. The airport is 26 miles away, and we often recommend our guests stop at the grocery store on the way... More

My Boyfriend and I just got back from here and we can’t wait to go back. This place is so quite a secluded you feel more like you are staying at someone’s private beach house rather than a resort. Everything was wonderful. The room was top notch very spacious and the décor and finishes were lovely the bathroom was huge... More

We came via boat to stay in the marina for four nights and don't want to leave. The beach is beautiful as is the pool. Kayaks, paddle boards, horseshoes, volleyball... Not that we indulged but available. One of two restaurants open for a few weeks but food was good. Not gourmet but good. Maybe 4 other couples here. Rest and... More

Thank you so much for your recent visit. You are correct, October is the off season for the Bahamas (although we think the weather is glorious this time of year!), so only one restaurant is open until mid November. We are glad to hear you will come and see us again. We look forward to it. More

My husband and myself spent two days there only and we wish we had more time to stay in this beautiful place. We loved the quietness and privacy and the rooms are spacious with very large balconies and kitchen and hot tub in the bathroom.
