Just wrapped up a meeting with our Board of Directors for our Home Care Division. What a great experience!! In particular I have to mention Taylor and Jenna who are the Conference Concierges (they call them Red Coats). Every detail was attended to and all of attendees raved about the service and the newly remodeled facilities. While it may not... More

Lovely hotel to stay at. The staff is friendly. However, if YOU are the person paying to use a conference room, be prepared to pay higher than normal fees. $15 for an easel. $13 to use the internet. $15 for a flip chart. High banquet tax even if you are not served food. God forbid if you ask for water.

Dear Liz, Thank you for your recent posting. While I am pleased you found the accommodation excellent and our staff friendly, I apologize you feel our prices for meeting room equipment is higher than you are accustom to paying. Please rest assured we regularly review our pricing to insure it is in line with other full service hotels in this... More

We stayed here in the beginning of April 2013 for a hockey tournament. The hotel is lovely, the staff friendly and helpful, beds are comfortable. Our only complaint would be that a door between the bedroom and bathroom area would be helfpul.

We recently stayed at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest for two nights while my husband attended a conference at the hotel. Everything was very nice and the previous reviews are right on. If you're looking for business hotel with lots of nearby shopping, you won't be disappointed. It's a wonderful place to stay! I would like to add, after arriving home... More

I travel to Minneapolis on business 6+ times per year and out of all of the Marriott's, this is by far my preferred. Staff is very friendly and rooms better than average for a Marriott. Th beds in this hotel are some of the most comfortable and every room has a separate living and bedroom. Concierge suite breakfast is much... More

From check in to check out the stay was outstanding. The staff were friendly and very helpful at all times of the day, kudos should go to the shuttle drivers who were always going that extra mile to ensure guests were at any destination in a timely manner and ensured arrangements had been made to get back. The room was... More

This hotel has been beautifully renovated. The lobby and meetig space is all brand new. The rooms were great as well. They are all set-up as 2-room suites, which was nice for our group. The only downfall was the pool area. Everytime that I used the pool, they were out of towels and the front desk had to be notified.... More

1st time to stay here and was pleased. The layout was a little different than most Marriotts, with the rooms all facing an open lobby, but it was really nice. The rooms were spacious, lots of features - Free wifi, Flat screen TV's, electrical outlets for phones on the nightstand lamps (A+ for me). The lobby had a very modern... More

I am a Plattinum Marriott member. And the is by far one of the nicest and friendliest properties that I have stayed at. The rooms are large and freshly updated. We stayed on the weekend so the concierge lounge was closed. But the front desk gave us breakfast coupons. The breakfast was most wonderful. Fresh quality homemade everything. Hats off... More

This is an exceptionally pleasant suites-style hotel. The rooms are a good size, and very new and clean. They provide most of the amenities you'd want in such a hotel: Free wifi, flat screen tv's, lots of electrical outlets including by the bed, a one-cup coffee maker. I was only there for one night, but in my limited interactions, the... More
