Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of outlets for our electronics. However the elevator was disgusting-the carpet on the floor was soiled and definitely needed replacing. The breakfast had fewer choices then other Quality Inns. The fresh fruit basket was empty when we ate and remained empty when we checked out. The other problem was the desk clerk... More

This hotel offers a place to sleep but not much else. The staff tries (for example to correct Wi-Fi and not working lamp problems) but it is clear they are working with a facility well past its prime. One person at the desk mentioned they had been “downgraded” to a Quality Inn and it is easy to see why. With... More

I have stayed here several times in the past year. Rooms are comfortable and have plenty of outlets, the people are very nice, breakfast has a good variety of food, and it is conveniently located to where I need to go.

I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The beds were super comfortable and provided a wonderful and relaxing night of rest. And the shower was amazing. The room was tastefully decorated. Also must point out that the hospitality was exceptional. I definitely plan to stay at this hotel again soon!

This hotel is located right across the street from the FBI Office Building. Its a very easy location to get to and plenty secure. Two employees at this hotel really stand out. Kiara helped me make my reservation and I'm not kidding when I say she is one of the most helpful people I've ever encountered when making a reservation.... More

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast room was large, and the food was well-stocked and good, the usual hot-breakfast items. The one issue that caused problems was the exercise room. Before I came, I looked at photos and saw that the motel had two treadmills. I called ahead to make sure they were... More

We stayed a night at the Brooklyn Center Quality Inn in March while attending a family funeral. Our previous experience, at a Quality Inn was only average so we were presently surprised. The room had been recently updated and was clean. The breakfast was satisfactory and the rate was $70 for two plus about $10 in taxes. My daughter in... More

I am generally not a big fan of Quality Inns, but this one was a pleasant surprise. My room was just fine, clean comfortable and for $65 out the door a good value. I was in the area on business and it is was a good location.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel was recently remodeled (it used to be a Comfort Inn). The room was average size, but beds are very comfortable. I don't always sleep well in hotel rooms, but this was one of the best night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The decor is modern with black furniture. There's a frig &... More
