We decided on this property because of its central location to all of our weekend events. This is a very child friendly atmosphere and the kids loved it. Rooms were okay. It was nice having a Suite for the kiddos. Kitchen area was perfect. Bathroom was a bit lacking. Our shower curtain was ripped and just not quite long enough.... More

Our hotel of choice is Embassy Suites, but this was not the best stay. Started out with a refrigerator that didn't work. Front desk quickly moved rooms. In the second room, there was trash behind the door in the bathroom - including some used fake nails, and the door to the bathroom were so poorly hung it wouldn't shut without... More

I booked this hotel for two rooms for my family of 4 and another family of 5. Kids ages ranging from 3-9. Our short 2 night/3 day vacation was to go to the MOA, specifically the aquarium and amusement park. There are 2 Embassy Suites much closer to the Mall but to be honest, I travel with kids, but I... Our PRINTED reservation booklet stated room 606. We tried getting into our room to find it was already occupied and the other guest was not pleased. We contacted the front desk and she did not apologize nor take any ownership of the error. Simply said..."Oh, nope, you are supposed to be in room 210." None of the staff we encountered... More

Wonderful staff. Great place to stay. It was nice, easy to find. Nice pool and space. Rooms were a little small but bathroom was huge. No nonslippery mat in bathtub and just having knee surgery that bothered me, didn't want to fall but overall a very nice hotel.

Although a little different from other Embassy Suites I have stayed in, this hotel provided the typical Embassy Suites good service. Breakfast was very good. Rooms seemed smaller but clean and well maintained. The hotel is a little off the city path so it is not possible to walk anywhere. My only disappointment was the pillows in the room but... More

We had another nice evening and breakfast at the ES! A great summer weekend with family, a nice hotel with great staff. The breakfast was classic Embassy Suites, with omletes, waffles, pancakes, etc. A good paper, and time to spend with family made for a nice trip.

The location, the room, the service was all top notch! Outside of the construction on 694 whereas we had to go out of our way to head West to get to the hotel, the entire experience was two thumbs up!

The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was great. The manager's reception was pretty good but the server was understaffed and the snacks were a bit lacking. Also, the pool was a bit small. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay!

Top notch, could not have been better. Only drawback is the location. The neighborhood is in decline so the choices for dining is dwindling with each stay. I like the staff and the easy access to the interstate and down town. Airport is only 20 minutes away.
