I was treated very well on arrival. Met the security man making rounds as I was moving into my room. Used my choice of a king suite even though I did not need it. It was the same price as a queen room but was more spacious with a chair and ottoman to relax in. Desk was equipped with three... More

Very nice hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of items available. My only complaint is don't try to check in before 3pm because the clerk will rudely send you away!

I enjoy staying at this Best Western. The breakfast foods available are good, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is very attentive; if I have had an issue with my room, I've let the staff know and they always take care of it. They really want your stay to be great. Great value and... More

Being at this hotel after a year . Did notice a great improvement under new ownership. Great place to stay in twin city area for the price they charge . Will stay without any hesitation at this hotel with my family when ever in the area.

Breakfast and amenities mediocre for the price. Rooms smelled like they used to be smoking rooms and have to be sprayed with air freshener to make them livable. The front entryway smelled like someone poured a gallon of perfume in it.... hard on people with allergies. Also, lots of coming and goings from what appeared to be staff friends/family and/or... Great hotel. I really don't know why they need to write fake feedbacks on Trip Advisor... The rooms are spacious and recently renovated. There are flat-screen TVs and a really fast WiFi. The breakfast buffet is great too : bagels, waffles (you make your own), coffee, cereals, etc... The location is practical, 15 minutes to Minneapolis. Two cons, the pool... More

They have done a nice job remodeling and reviving this hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast is sub-par for a continental breakfast. Egg Wafers, or Overcooked scramble according to the day. Go to Denny's down the street!

Hello everyone, I've been traveling to the Twin cities for the past 15 months staying at hotels 4 nights month after month. I’ve used great “deals and hot rates” at great names all across the board: W, Hilton, Intercontinental, Wyndham, etc. And most of them have been overly priced (hidden fees), disappointing and risky. I can assure that after staying... More
