We had a great stay in a 2-bedroom condo at White Birch. The unit was clean and well stocked and gave us plenty of room for 4 people. Some reviewers stated they had high-end appliances and finishes (I am wondering if this was in larger units), ours were in good working order and clean, but they were pretty basic(not stainless... We toured Breezy Point as a possible wedding venue for next Devember and stayed one night during the week. As it was a Monday in the winter, we were two of very few guests. We were treated so well and everyone we encountered was so friendly and accommodating. We had one problem with the TV in our room that was... More

We just spent three days at the White Birch. This is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in. High end finishes, stainless appliances, jetted showers- real cool, Large gas fireplace- 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms, master is upstairs with a jetted whirlpool. Full kitchen. 2 indoor pools, also on Pelican Lake to enjoy during the summer. This is... More

Our stay at the Breezy Point Resort was VERY pleasant and enjoyable!! We had read other reviews before going, and I must say--I was very apprehensive about this particular place!! People had mentioned dirty, dusty conditions, so based upon other reviews--I took along cleaning products, extra toilet tissue and light bulbs. We needed NOTHING EXTRA!!! Everything was very clean, well-kept... More

The resort is very nice but part of it is run by Pelican Cove and other part by White Birch, it was confusing at times. The two bedroom townhouse we stayed in the Pelican Bay area was very nice. It had a private hot tub and a murphy bed. The beds were very hard, too hard for me to sleep... More

We stayed at the Breezy Inn and Suites over a long weekend school break (MEA) in October. Breezy knows its audience and had a fantastic deal which included 4 days, 3 nights, a pizza buffet for us on Thursday night, wonderful buffet breakfast every day at the Marina II (beautiful view of the lake from the dining room) and a... We enjoyed their Winter Weekend Package. ( Great Value ) Breakfast and Happy Hour compliments of Breezy Point. We have been going to Breezy Point since 1967 and have experienced many changes........ups and downs. However Bob, Dave and staff have made Breezy Point a must stay. Once you visit..............you will return.

we go there over the 4th of July. The place is beautiful, the lake is clean and clear and the area is well managed so there aren't noisy parties into the late hours. They hire several workers from Europe each summer which adds to the interest of the place. Lodges are clean and well maintained.

I own a unit in the Pelican Cove timeshare section. I have gone every year for past 10 years. Units are a bit dated but comfortable. Staff is always helpful with any question I have. Food at Marina bar and Billy's is good. ?Maybe it's because I am an owner but I have never had a problem. Will be back... More

So we got a descent timeshare presentation deal for 4 days 3 night at Breezy Point, they were pitching White Birch, but we stayed at the inn&suites building. The former was nice the later , less so. Breezy point is a great location for fishing, golf and lake activities. Staff was nice. The room we stayed in was dated with... More
