Towels with hair and residue, bathroom are filthy, shower curtain once white are now covered in black grime, carpet is too gross to walk on barefoot. It is a disgusting, filthy hotel that should be closed by the health department. Better off staying in a motel that knows how to wash its laundry properly. more

Very dirty hotel, and the food is the worst we've ever had. One more thing, never order the pizza even if you're starving. The smell and the quality of preparation were horrible! The nasty smell stayed in the room for two days. Shame on them to offer that to their guests. more

Central Bloomington, 10 minutes from the Mall of America. Lots of restaurants near by and proximity to grocery store. Breakfast was an outstanding value. more

We have stayed in other 3 star hotels and I think this is closer to a 2 star. It was older and needs to be updated. The pool was very cold. One of the elevators wasn't working. Air conditioner was so loud you couldn't hear the TV (They did send someone to fix). The Television selection was poor at best.... more

Not nearly enough parking, vehicles were parked along lot corridors and fire routes (REAL BRIGHT!) I found an unlight lot across the road. where they park their shuttles. Good: very reasonable price. I found an internet special on the website for $65/ night on the weekend. THe hot tub/ workout area is above average. Rooms were very quiet with nice setup, comfy beds and outstanding wireless internet. Shuttle service to airport and mall of america. good, quality food in the restaurant.
