Great location, easy parking, nice lobby, helpful staff, great room, spacious, clean. The restaurant was great. Easy access to the light rail into town and/or to the Mall of America.I will stay here again next time I have a trip to Minneapolis.

Pretty good room for the price, it was our 1 year anniversary and I wanted a romantic room. Except for some small problems with the jacuzzi the room was spectacular. Was very nice and the staff bent over back words to help us out. The area was very nice and the Mall was a great place to spend time! Would recommend this hotel to family and friends it was very nice. Had a very nice activities person.

Visited on a business trip. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The food at the restaurant/bar was very good and the price was reasonable for an airport area hotel. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxed. The staff was very friendly both at the front desk and at the restaurant and bar.

Right next to the airport, meeting rooms are nice and comfortable, catered food and refreshments as well as the dining room and room service options were very good - local walleye and morel mushrooms with Minnesota wild rice just an example of some great menu items in the dining room. Right next door to a large state wildlife refuge.

Great for a night before a flight. Nice pool, nice bar. Couldn't complain about the room. Nice view of the airfield. Free shuttle to The Mall of America so plenty to do nearby. Free shuttle to the airport, friendly staff.

Great hotel, wonderful access to the airport, mall, ikea and more. Location does not however have great access to rest. Outside the hotel. Executive floor offers great food, drinks and view. Womderful addition.

TV didn't work in room, and the make up light didn't work in the bathroom. Understaffed front desk and untidy/unkempt check out staff. Airport van didn't work and only after a second call 30 minutes later was I told that the van would not pick up. I would not recommend this hotel.
