The hotel is in an excellent location, very easy to find. Super close to the Mall of America, Ikea, and the airport. Check in was a breeze, the hotel was decent. The driver, Chandler, picked us up at the airport and after dropping everyone off at the hotel door, he noticed that we were there to pick up our car which was out at the end of the parking lot for airport riders. He offered to drive us over to our car. He then helped us with our bags. more

When we needed towels or additional amenities the Staff was very prompt in getting it taken care of in a very timely fashion. This hotel is very nice. It is also very, very big. The staff there were so helpful with the planning of over 170 people that went with us on our trip. Clean, clean, clean. The friendliness of the staff each time we have been there impressed us. We have gone to the Joke Joint when we stayed and thoroughly enjoyed that. The customer service is great. I thought I had left my glasses there and I recieved numerous e-mails in follow-up. Great location for all Twin City activities. Would highly recommend. more
