Our family stayed at the Radisson May 22-25 and couldn't have been more pleased. We called the hotel directly for our rate, which was considerably lower than the online rates and the central reservation rates we were quoted. Family of five (2 adults and 3 kids ages 10, 5 and 2.) We reserved the King Executive which had a king,... more

When we checked in I asked the front desk where to park I was told to just not park in front of the entrance. (which should be a no brainer anyway) So i parked across the street which the only sign visible was telling about the underground parking. Well low and behold my car was towed to the tune of... more

Stayed as a "Park & Stay". Parking in back is long way from entrances...not well marked how to get in from back there. Room was very nice and huge with balcony. Booked through Hotels.com for $99 including the parking. Paid extra $15 per person for waterpark, but was a blast. There is no "free" pool so be prepared to pay.... more

Family trip for the March Break. Stayed over the weekend so hotel was very busy. Check in was a slow process (only two staff working). Had an oversized guest room - very nice, large and super clean. I was impressed. There was some kids running in the halls in the evenings (was spring break) but overall a nice stay. One... more

This was our 2nd trip to the Waterpark of America. Since our first trip in 2006, Radisson took over this property. We went on a Saturday for 1 night at the beginning of spring break season. MISTAKE! First thing, we knew we were in trouble when we couldn't find a parking spot in the entire HUGE parking lot. Finally got... more

When I first reviewed this hotel in May 2008, I noted some potential drawbacks but wanted to see if things had improved. This visit, I noted some additional problems. The hotel is adjacent to the Water Park of America, which means there are often a large number of families with kids. Access to the 7th and 8th floors from the... more

My wife and I did "park & fly" to Hawaii. We stayed one night Feb 4/09 and upon our return stayed one night Feb 22/09. We were extremely impressed with the facilities provided - vehicle parking on site on the lower level in a heated, secure location all for a price of $149.00 (which included the first night stay). We... more

This hotel is a kid's paradise, so if you are an adult without kids, or if kids running around wild is not your bag, stay elsewhere or you will be sadly disappointed. After a ski outing at Afton Alps, I stayed there with 3 boys (ages 12, 12 and 11). Our room was on the 7th floor and had 2... more

Our stay at the Radisson Bloomington/ Waterpark of America was on Thanksgiving day & Black Friday. Due to the hotel's proximity to the Mall of America we were told upon check in that it was going to be very busy. Our check in was smooth and the property didn't feel overly crowded. Elevators are plentiful and the wait for one... more
