Hotel has good shuttle service. Rooms are nice. Front desk service is excellent. It's a very good hotel and affordable.

Staff was extremely friendly and my room was very clean. Nice place to stay, definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Bloomington.

“Wonderful Staff - great hotel”

I travel often, and have stayed in many different hotels in this area, and the staff at this hotel was incredible. I can tell they love their job, so taking care of guests is only natural for them - this is the genuine and sincere hospitality that is so often lacking in many hotels.

We stayed here for 3 nights and found this hotel to very clean and had everything we required during our stay. This is not a new Hilton Garden Inn & the rooms are a little worn. But clean and quiet. The staff were frindly and efficient. I like the new Hilton Garden Inns and this one is in need of an update.

Stayed a long weekend to revisit Minneapolis and St Paul after having moved to Florida many years ago. The hotel staff was great on check in and with HiltonHonors membership was provided coupons for complimentary breakfast. Room was very clean and bright. This hotel is situated among three or four others, but this one is great. The lobby is very nice and front desk staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast isn't included but there are many choices to order if you wish. Overall it's a great stay.

Really liked the dining room service for breakfast and dinner. Great room and the hotel staff helped for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Bright, well-decorated rooms with beds so comfortable you don't want to get up in the morning! The bed linens were also very nice...everything was so fresh and clean. From the people at the front desk to the rest of the staff (cook, etc.) everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great and a notch above most hotel/motel breakfasts.... More
