Very important to this location is the shuttle that moves people back and forth between the airport and hotel and also between the hotel and the Mall of America. My young family used the shuttle quite a bit, but on more than one occasion we were made to take special trip outside of the normal shuttle routes to take flight... more

My first stay at a Hyatt Place Hotel. Very impressed with the makeover. Lobby was refreshing and was upscale in design and function.
